ALC Postpones its ALC 18th Annual Conference in Las Vegas--
Virtual Conference Planned for Fall of 2020
May 28, 2020--The Association of Language Companies announced today that it will postpone the 18th Annual Conference, which was scheduled to take place September 15-17, 2020 at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas, NV. “The ALC’s concern for its members’ health and safety is paramount during this uncertain time,” ALC President Rick Antezana stated. “Our Board decided that re-booking the conference to a date in 2022 would be in the best interest of our association.”
The ALC Annual Conference is a business staple for language service companies, language service providers, and language industry vendors. Past conferences have welcomed hundreds of attendees looking to learn and to conduct business collectively. ALC’s Board and Conference Committee are developing a virtual alternative that will bring LSC colleagues together in an engaging and dynamic forum this fall, 2020. Additional information about the virtual event will be posted to ALC’s website at (www.alcus.org). Please direct questions to firstname.lastname@example.org.
