ALC Webinar Series Presents: How to be a Superhero leader... that others want to follow!

Presented by: Michael Hahn, CEO & Culture Guru of Beyond Good Teams

Michael Hahn is back for another round taking the Hero Habits to the next level. For those who had the pleasure of attending our conference, the keynote outlined the introduction of the concept of Hero Habits, now take your leadership to the next phase/step as the ALC Webinar Series Presents: How to be a Superhero leader... that others will want to follow!
In our VUCA world, (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex and Ambiguous), we're bombarded with information, distractions and possibilities that can consume and overwhelm our mind. When we try and do too much ourselves, we can shift from feeling like a Hero to feeling like a Zero… To be successful in today’s world, you need to have a Hero Mindset and you need to surround yourself with a great team. That’s easier said than done!

This session will provide the tools, tips and habits you need to put down your cape and be the leader that others want to follow and enable a HERO culture where others feel empowered to pull out their cape and be the hero too.

We often fall into believing that if we just do more and pull out our cape more often, we can be the hero, but through my conversations with leaders of small/med companies, I've learned that putting down your cape is required more often if you're looking to create a sustainably successful company. The challenge is changing your habits….

While Fear can be a motivator, when it stops us from moving forward and anticipating the bigger trends, then it isn't serving us…

What is the right amount of fear?
How do you develop your next generation of leaders?
What are the next steps for you to reclaim work/life balance?

Join us to learn the simple habits of leaders from across the globe who use the 'Hero Habits' to make better decisions, communicate more effectively and drive sustainable success!
