To make the registration process as quick and as easy as possible, we have set up this page to guide you through the process. Our online registration is completely secure. You have two options for online registration:

Members Registration
Use this event registration form if you are currently a member of the ALC.
Non-Members Registration
Use this event registration form if you are NOT currently a member of the ALC.

If you prefer to register by fax, download the fax form. Use this form if you prefer to pay by check or if you have difficulty registering online.

Please note this date regarding hotel booking:
May 28 -- Cutoff for hotel room block. After this date, rooms at the conference are not guaranteed.

IMPORTANT: In addition to completing the conference registration form, you will need to make your hotel reservation(s) separately.

The link below will take you to Wyndham's site where you can request the dates and preferences that you require. The ALC has blocked group hotel room space at the Wyndham. In order to achieve cost efficiencies in our room rate we have committed to a set number of rooms. We request everyone attending the Conference to utilize the Wyndham as his or her sleeping hotel.

PLEASE NOTE: Remember to register for Wyndham by Request. If you do, your internet access will be free during your stay at any Wyndham hotel.

On the following pages, you will have the opportunity to register for the various events at this year's conference. Please follow these instructions carefully to avoid any errors in processing.

Step 1: Register for pre-conference workshops. The pre-conference workshop is being offered for an additional cost. You must register separately for each person attending.

Step 2: Register for either the full conference or for one day of the conference. You may choose Thursday, 6/22; Friday, 6/23; or Saturday, 6/24.
Step 3: Purchase an additional ticket for a guest for the Welcome Dinner and Reception (Wednesday night, June 21). If more than one guest will accompany you to the Welcome Dinner & Reception, you will need to order additional tickets separately.

Step 4: Purchase an additional ticket for a guest for the Gala Event (Saturday night, June 24). If more than one guest will accompany you to the Gala, you will need to order additional tickets separately.

Step 5: Register for a Fun Outing option on Saturday afternoon (June 24, starting at 1:30 p.m.).

Tips for registering...

Read the Overview of Conference Events before you start registering. The Overview will open in a separate window, keep that window open while using the registration form for reference. You may also want to print a copy of the Overview of Conference Events.
REMEMBER: Admission for one to the Welcome Dinner & Reception and Gala Event are included in your general conference registration fee. If you need need an extra ticket for the Welcome Dinner/Reception and Gala you can order an extra ticket for each on the conference registration form.
If you have more than one guest accompanying you to either the Welcome Dinner & Reception or the conference Gala, you will need to order more tickets in addition to your conference registration.
