Workshop 2: Management Intelligence for Hiring, Coaching, Training and Managing for Success, presented by Mark Peterson of Mark Peterson and Associates.

Mark Peterson provides the opportunity to take a unique look at how a combination of practical knowledge, behaviors, values, and attitudes affect job performance. Plus, Mark's 30 years of sales and marketing experience will help you translate what you learn into strategies and techniques you'll put to immediate use in your own business.

As a bonus, your personal experience with Mark's assessments will provide an accurate gauge of your own skills and abilities in both sales and management. And, you'll learn how to apply "management intelligence" when hiring, coaching, training, and managing your own sales team.

Participants in this workshop will receive an e-mail from the presenter prior to the event, asking you to complete a profile that will then be used during the workshop.
