Biography: Bob McLean   Bob McLean is a 27-year veteran of the communications industry, including nearly two decades in the association world. He became the ALC’s executive director in 2003. In 2002 Bob received the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation from the American Society of Association Executives, an indication of demonstrated skill in leadership and expertise in association management. Bob graduated cum laude from The University of Memphis with a BA in Journalism. He received his MA in English from George Mason University, where he later served as an adjunct professor.
